Will immediately call her back, say sorry for forgetting and wish her belated happy birthday with lots of wishes. If she still seems angry, would invite her on dinner to celebrate with her.

What everyone requires is your little attention and love. Treat others as you want yourself to be treated. It's upto you, if & how you want to be reminded by someone after you left the world.
