It's so strange to me that some people live with their parents as adults

I moved out at 18 and never went back, but that's because my mother was toxic and abusive. It would be nice to have a loving family to rely on.

The fuq you’re judging other people for?? My mum lives with me coz she’s old and my other siblings don’t give a shit.

Should I let her live alone while she’s almost 70 just to be labelled an “adult”? Or is it an “adult” thing to do to just put her in a home?

Bro open your mind it’s the 21st century for God’s sake.

@IamBack jesus CHRIST. Show me where I said it was a bad thing to live with parents. Show me.

Some of you never learned comprehensive reading and it shows.

Even though I got along perfectly well with my Mom and Stepfather, I felt an overwhelming need to leave at 22

Agreed… left home at 18 and didn’t go back. Nowadays, I’m “hard” for expecting my adult son to start transitioning into self-sufficiency… we are fine. They will be too

I got kicked out at 17 but with this inflation, I can see why people are taking longer to move out.
