I have a big family.

I am the fifth of six children. We are five girls and one boy. My oldest sister Becky has three boys and a girl. My second sister Jenny has five children. The baby was born the day after my birthday! My third sister Karen lost her husband and is bringing up three girls and a boy on her own. My brother Nick has one boy who often stays here with us. Then me. I have no children. Too busy being me! And my younger sister Eirlys has a little boy. Altogether I have 15 nephews and nieces! Luckily I have two jobs!

Here in the U.S., it is also common for farm families to be large families. And it has been my experience that many who grow up that way are the nicest people I have met.
