Why no one will take out Putin is beyond me.
It would this war at stroke.
More utterly needless death.

@TheSirfurryanimalWales World leaders are wankers.
How can 1 man get away with saying, "I know you will do nothing to stop me, because the West is piss weak"
He is right as well.
Piss weak
Latest news;
ZURICH, April 24 (Reuters) - Neutral Switzerland has held up German arms deliveries to Ukraine by blocking the re-export of Swiss-made ammunition used in Marder infantry fighting vehicles that Kyiv would like to get, Swiss paper SonntagsZeitung reported.

@TheSirfurryanimalWales For the very same reason why nobody took out Mussolini for over 20 years, or Hitler, or Stalin; most people over there are brainwashed enough to support this sh*t and think they're actually doing "good", or just fear the consequences of such action too much to even consider attempting it.
@Gusman @Elessar i’m pretty certain a covert western operation could take him out without problem.
We’ve taken out plenty of people we consider dangerous-some of whom probably weren’t.
But we musn’t take out Putin.
Here’s news-he can’t start WW3 if he is dead.
Meanwhile we let all this unnecessary death and destruction in Ukraine continue.
And i’ve been criticized for calling it that from a surprising source!

@TheSirfurryanimalWales If they don't remove him themselves you'll get the exact opposite effect of the one you intend to get. Unless we want to think the rot stops at him and doesn't go down through their whole military hierarchy. Considering what the troops did in Ukraine it would be a hell of a bet to make. Besides, Russia has a millennia old history of replacing ruthless dictators with even more ruthless dictators...

@TheSirfurryanimalWales Of course they can take him out.
Piss weak world leaders.
They all need to be voted out at their next elections.

@Gusman No one is going to take a huge risk - i.e. WW3 if the plan gets ousted, as assassinating the leader is definitely an act of war; or turning him into a martyr if not - when the return is virtually nil for the reason described above.

The approach of making Russia realizing the cost of their imperialism by crashing their economy is much safer and potentially more effective. Unfortunately it's slow, much slower than social media folks expectations for sure.
