Thoughts on having kids..

I’m mid 20’s and I’m terrified to have kids. In fact I’m not sure I want them at all. It would be nice to have a family but I’m not sure that’s the reality of it, especially with social media, bullying, the school curriculum, CAPITALISM, gender issues, pop culture, corrupt governments, cancel culture, vaccines and most of all THE CLIMATE CRISIS.

Do any of you not want kids, or regret having kids?

Would love to hear any positive stories or advice too

You have been thoroughly indoctrinated into the socialist mindset haven't you.

@hippyjoe1955 what do you mean by that

@heyitsemma Just replying to what I read. You have bought the socialist tale hook line and sinker.

@hippyjoe1955 do you have another opinion on the socialist mindset? Maybe you disagree?

@heyitsemma I do disagree. Children are a gift and the only thing of value you will ever have. Nothing compares to the joy you feel when the door swings open and your child comes bounding through the door. All the risks and hassles become worth it for that instance alone.

@hippyjoe1955 did you always want kids?

@heyitsemma I grew up in a different era than you. Having kids was the prime function of a human on earth. I was a farmer, a soldier, a pilot, an engineer, a preacher and a social worker to put food on the table but I have been a father since my first born son was conceived.
