Could I legally move out from my parents house and go to another family member?

I don't want to stay at home anymore.

Oh, what's happened? 馃槰

@Fluffybull I don't like living here anymore. I'm tired of always feeling sad because of my parents. I want to live with my brother because he loves me.
FluffybullF
@Manfredthemanic It might help if you start keeping a diary of their unreasonable behaviour and any proof of it.
Manfredthemanic16-17, M
@Fluffybull Okay, Fluffy. I will. I tell my therapist too. The new one.
FluffybullF
@Manfredthemanic A therapist could be a witness to how your parents' behaviour is affecting you. The records of your sessions are confidential but I think with your permission and if the therapist is ok with it, they could be used as evidence in court.

@Fluffybull But Fluffy, do you think I should tell my brother? I don't want him to feel bad, but I would really like to stay with him.
Manfredthemanic16-17, M
@Fluffybull Yes. My parents won't know either because they aren't paying this time. I really don't want to go to court though. I would like them to let me go and stay somewhere else.
FluffybullF
@Manfredthemanic Have you ever spoken to him about living with him?
Manfredthemanic16-17, M
@Fluffybull Kind of. I'm still a little scared, but he told me I can tell him or ask him anything.
FluffybullF
@Manfredthemanic I think you should have a good talk with your brother about how it might work if you were to live with him. It would be a big change with lots of things to think about. 鉂わ笍

@Fluffybull Yes, but I'm a good kid and wouldn't be difficult to take care of. I do everything by myself anyway. My brother could still go to university and work and those things.
