Could I legally move out from my parents house and go to another family member?

@Manfredthemanic Your best bet is going to be to get your brother to work out a deal with your parents to let you stay with him. If that doesn't work the only other option you probably have is to have him challenge in court for custody.

@Manfredthemanic a 3rd option could be to call Child Protective Services and make your case for child abuse. This is all assuming everything you've said is true.

@SOX4534 Yes, it's true. But I don't want my parents to go to prison. I just want to live with my brother because he understands me better than them.

@Manfredthemanic I don't think they'd go to prison but you could be able to negotiate having someone else look after you.
