Have you ever wondered why dads are so bossy? Like my dad's so bossy even though I'm like 23...He can be a handful. And doesn't seem to care about how I feel about stressful situations. he yells at me and always blame me for his anger. which I know it's his choice to be anger or happy/.😔

It's what they think they have to be , assertive like a pillar . It's what growing up in a patriarchal family dynamic does and a patriarchal society. I do sympathize with them in that they almost always believe they have to be the problem solver/provider ,in control of everything etc. It sounds like he doesn't know how to communicate his emotions in a way that's effective and healthy so he ends up frustrated at everything
