If you didn’t want your child speaking to certain family members but the other parent went against that.. would that be considered disrespectful?

I wanted some Insight on a situation I had asked my sister to help me Regarding a family member who was very lazy and was holding me back from moving to a new apartment because that family member cannot find an apartment due to his laziness and the excuse of bad credit score but he was wasting money on A daily basis.I remember when we had gotten enough for us the minister in the pandemic he has spent all that money on I’m guessing his sick wife.Regardless I was being disrespectful in my home he wasn’t paying any bills I was disrespectful try to intimidate me whenever I had a guest over it’s almost as he wanted to gain control in the household while not paying for anything but the things he needed for himself.My sister turned a blind eye to it from her classes he wasn’t living with them that it was my problem. Meanwhile she had Taken and family members off her husband .This family member was offered a place to stay with her but he decided not to becauseDoesn’t know how he would maneuver in another state.
After This family member’s wife passed away that’s when I finally saw my sister in person and she disregarded me as a person and ask about my daughter and if she could see her meanwhile I have not spoke to her face-to-face in maybe Two years she had an attitude I was upset that I had thrown out his family member because I wanted to move on with my life because I was living in unfortunate circumstances,I then didn’t ask speak to her again she went Behind my back and ask for my daughter to her dad I told her that I didn’t want her to speak to my sister because of what she did and he disregarded me so I suspect it now and I’m wondering if I should send her a message regarding how I feel because it’s crazy how they want to speak to my daughter and even the family member that is now living with her Had the audacity to speak to my daughter but he was the one being very disrespectful while we were living with him
