How to get over when a suicide tragedy, happened within the family?

Yesterday, a bad news came through in my inbox. My sister told me, that my niece commited suicide by jumping off the building. She's only 20 years old. I can't get over it. I just keep on thinking about it. I am so scared because I have a pre-teen daughter who is very emotional. 🖤😭😢

Suicide is most painful to the ones left behind. I know from personal experience when my 20 year old son committed suicide 10 years ago

I have no words to describe what you must have been feeling. I can't imagine the feeling. It is just tragic. Sometimes, they just ignore depression. They think it is something dramatic and acting. 🥺@hippyjoe1955
