You can live with it, but remember, perhaps not get over it, but I would echo advice to talk to a trained professional. You can find a community grief counselor, psychologist, social worker, and see about joining a support group. Reach out for the light and help that you need, for there is no shame in admitting that you need someone to listen and give strategies to help you. I am so sorry for your loss.
