How to get over when a suicide tragedy, happened within the family?

Yesterday, a bad news came through in my inbox. My sister told me, that my niece commited suicide by jumping off the building. She's only 20 years old. I can't get over it. I just keep on thinking about it. I am so scared because I have a pre-teen daughter who is very emotional. 🖤😭😢

You don't. My fiancee's son's father when their son was young. There's still days where she's sad and cries. And now that her son is the same age with depression, anxiety, and a baby on the way, and with her being pregnant as well is making all the memories come back.
