How to get over when a suicide tragedy, happened within the family?

Yesterday, a bad news came through in my inbox. My sister told me, that my niece commited suicide by jumping off the building. She's only 20 years old. I can't get over it. I just keep on thinking about it. I am so scared because I have a pre-teen daughter who is very emotional. 🖤😭😢
