How to get over when a suicide tragedy, happened within the family?

Yesterday, a bad news came through in my inbox. My sister told me, that my niece commited suicide by jumping off the building. She's only 20 years old. I can't get over it. I just keep on thinking about it. I am so scared because I have a pre-teen daughter who is very emotional. 🖤😭😢

It is scary and it sucks big time to lose someone that young. It's understandable that you worry about your own daughter. So many young people are anxious and have suicidal thoughts.
All you can do is make sure you talk to her, ask the question, don't be afraid to talk about it, and to ask about it..
