I have a therapist friend who wrote a book about just that thing. It's a process about identifying the triggers of the anxiety, stopping the behavior when it comes up and choosing a healthier alternative. I'm not a therapy person but talking to a professional, and getting a road map forward, might be a wise call. My friend said a ton of people are coming to her practice lately due to anxieties that are being exasperated with everything that's going on. Good luck.
