I got misdiagnosed with lupus a few years ago, but I do have another autoimmune condition too..some days are easier than others

Probably play some music, watch a movie, smoke weed with you, & ask questions about your experience. Or however you like to spend time. Sometimes there's nothing you can say.

There are things you can do to help your condition such as diet, handling of stress etc. My daughter had it from the time she was 12 and I would take notice of the foods that she started craving and read about the benefits of them and they all had on her condition.

Truly very sorry to hear that. My mom passed of lupus when I was a kid. Back then there were no good ways of managing the condition, all I can say is medicine has improved such that you can have a decent quality of life.
