what do you say to a girlfriend who's dad just died?

she's in another country, I can't hold her in my arms and I have no idea what to say. I'm sorry?? I feel paralyzed and I am at a loss for words.

Of course you give her proper condolences but more importantly, let her know, you are here for her, all the time she needs and unconditional love.
