When someone hurts the resentment can be like a vice scripts inside your mind , meaning you can hold onto it to hurt yourself more .
Letting go of it( very hard tho ) is the only answer cause when I hold onto it your the one that gets sick .
I wouldn't confront them . You'd get a wrong answer off them .
I confronted a person once over a situation that was very toxic . She denied it and I got a nervous breakdown for a year and half over it .
NEVER CONFRONT THEM IF THERE SICK .
