Question about word usage

Which is more offensive
Saying "Midget" or saying "Llittle person"
Little person sounds patronizing to me and Midget sounds dated but not patronizing, neither sound offensive but I saw someone write the "M word" instead of midget
.

@GJOFJ3 so would you describe a little person as having little feet?
Little fingers ?
What about a little mind ?

@AthrillatheHunt No Little people as opposed to using the term midgets. That’s what the post was about

@GJOFJ3 True. If a man said his name is Charles, should someone insist on calling him Chuck?
