Intense dreams.

My dreams are getting more intense and vivid lately, whereas before I could barely remember them. Does anyone else have dreams like this?

I have disturbing dreams. Like about my ex who i havent thought about in years. And that one strange dream about a toothpick.

@lissah Ugh! Mine are either running from a tornado which turns into him...Or him burning me or beating me...When my PTSD is active. When I am not triggered...I have dreams the make my husband very happy ☺
