What's the point of sleeping if....

Last night I had a kind of dream that I have had a few times before.

The dream was all about my being unable to get to sleep.

So, when I woke up this morning, even though I had gotten a full night's worth of sleep, I felt as if I had been up all night! 🙄

@DrWatson Tell it you're going to get hypnotized to suppress all memory of anything it ever did for you if it doesn't knock it off. And publish an e-book about how the psyche is malevolent.
