I just dreamt of dying as someone else and it felt real.

In my dream I entered an apartment building and then I became an old woman on the 2nd floor. I was me but seeing through her eyes as she had a heartattack and slumped over dying. I felt everything and woke up feeling like I was about to have a panic attack. I don't know who the woman was but I didn't like that dream. Felt too real.
