I had the oddest dream but also am bummed I woke up and ended it.

This dream jumped all over the place but it started out with being in a school cafeteria. I ordered a burger and got up from a table to go get it when it was ready. I went back to my table but it was now full so I wandered around and there was nowhere for me to sit. I got panicked and found this little alcove to eat my lunch. The alcove turned into a living room I didn't recognize. I then go outside and begin doing construction on the house. I'm on a ladder with a staple gun stapling the siding down. This woman shows up and she's very nice. She's defending me against these random people. The random people were accusing me of being a junkie and how I'm unemployed and a waste. The lady was telling them all that I work hard and for them to leave me alone. I think I remember falling in love with this woman in my dream because she was just so positive and kind. Then the dream switches and I get a text from my bestfriend in real life. It's a photo that says guess where I'm traveling? I recognize it right away because I grew up on the border between two cities. I saw the double signs and responded hometown? No response. Somehow I got transported there with that lady from earlier and we met up with my mom. It was dark,cold and icy outside and we were going to walk to this diner. My mom led the way and I was laying on my stomach dragging myself along the icy sidewalk. Eventually I get up and start running to keep up. I got as far as going inside the diner and sitting down and I woke up because my phone rang.

I keep thinking about that lady though. Her face and smile are burned into my brain.
