Last night I had a dream about two other dreams

I dreamed it was a beautiful day and I wanted to go hiking. I was trying to decide on 2 places I'd hiked before but never fully explored.

One was a wooded mountain with old ruins of big stone buildings. The other was up a steep mountain that had a huge rolling meadow down the opposite side that ended at a peaceful looking little town.

When I woke up I was thinking I want to get back to both places in real life, then I suddenly realized they're not real. I dreamed both of those places previously, vividly. And not recently.
Weird but kinda cool.

Dreams are often so elusive, for me anyway. I'm pretty sure I've had similar sorts of ones, with my recurring dreams.

@Piper I had a series of dreams that were unrelated apart from a little orange cat appearing in each one. I named him Dreamsicle.

Then I started telling people about him and he stopped appearing in my dreams. I think he's mad at me.

@LordShadowfire Cats are often in my dreams, too. Sometimes they are ones I've loved and shared my life with, and sometimes they are [b]strange[/b]...and strangers.

I often dream of unreal yet familiar places

I wonder if you didn't astrally travel to those places? Have you done any experimentation with that sort of thing?

Edit: No, phone, I meant astrally, not ask early. 🙄

@LordShadowfire I've played around with it a little. Sometimes I wonder about past life memory coming through in dreams as well, because I often dream vividly about walking through places I've never been before.
