how do you learn?

i read a thing last night that splits the world population into three groups

those who learn by reading
those who learn by observing
and everyone else who needs to touch fire to know its hot

which do you think you are?

By repetition. 😐 Unless it's something exceptionally interesting, I can hardly say I learned something if I only heard about it for the first time or manually did it for the first time. I need to get it to long-term memory by repeating several times, staying "in touch" with it. Not to mention muscle memory, that takes even longer.
@CrazyMusicLover that does tend to cement things.

A bit of all 3 but mostly the 2nd two.

All 3, also by listening, which I guess is a subset of observing....

A bit simplistic but everyone has their own learning styles and these can change with age
@InterdimensionalSideEye yeah, that's a common way
