Lesson learned

I should run earlier in the day for now on. I had thought I had enough time before it got too dark but I ended up running in the dark. Thankfully there’s plenty of street lights but it got dark much earlier than it did two days ago. Guess summer is ending after all. Also I ran past this old lady who looked at me like I had two heads for some reason.

We lose 2 minutes per day as the days get shorter and as the days get longer on the other end, we gain 2 minutes of daylight per day.

Knowing that as a runner like I am, you can easily predict what time sunset will be on each calendar day of a month to easily determine your start time for running if you want to be back before sunset.
