Many of the so called negative Emotions are negative because of the perceptions society expects though.

Not accurate to assign such properties to them like that, when it's the society is the cause, rather than yourself.

We are all influenced by the very society that we are living in.

How this is so?

With fear it has multiple societal cause.

Such as the fear of insects. When the whole society has such fears, then your personal power is limited by the fact that it is normal to have such fears.

Therefore recognition of the fear is acceptable. Yet little is done to change that fear. That accepting is a lessening of your power to change it. Yet you become a "weirdo" for such empowerment by the society and lessening your power within that same society.

The other negative emotions each have such acceptions.
