I wish life was on different track it seems like I ruined my life and I am ruining it from 2022 and it seems I will always have the baggage of mistakes I made I wish I could turn back time

In my experience, baggage never goes away. It just stays there and occasionally pops out of the blue like a gut punch. I find acceptance and equanimity can ease that burden and they appear less.
Me personally, I find models of coping and living that help ease the burden. Being thoughtful without clouds of anxiety makes me feel like I live a full life.
