This doesn't work from a victim's perspective. A fantasy is something you want, rape is getting something you don't want. Those are mutually exclusive. So are you admitting you fantasize about being the perpetrator wanting to violate someone's boundaries?
@NerdyPotato It works in the BDSM community, though. You can consent to being violated by your Dominant and/or others of His/Her choosing.
The problem with it is that it's such a grey area that it can screw up submissives when it doesn't go according to plan and they feel like the Dominant half took it too far.

@HootyTheNightOwl is it really a violation of consent if you consent to the violation though?
@NerdyPotato That's where the grey area comes in.
See, even if you consent to something in theory - you still have the ability to change your mind when it's enacted. And the submissive technically holds all the power his/her safe word should stop any scene.

@HootyTheNightOwl exactly, so it can't be unconsenting even in that world. (Well, it can be if the dom ignores the safe word of course, but then it's outside of the kink.)
@NerdyPotato And that's where the problem lies. See, having the safe word is fine and dandy... if the submissive actually remembers it.
It's not uncommon for submissives to reach the point where they basically goon off the reactions within their body and they cannot safe word. Some Dom types are aware of this and restrain enough to check in regularly, regardless of if the submissive safe words or not... others just keep going in the absence of the safe word.

@HootyTheNightOwl but that's not a fantasy of the submissive coming true then.
@NerdyPotato Of course it is. You know yourself how fantasies work... at that sometimes, they can be very exact in terms of what is done, when, how and by who.
It doesn't make that fantasy any "less than" than any other fantasy. A rope bunny might enjoy being tied down - but not seeing their rigger restrained.
Same thing with the rape fantasy... some enjoy being "watched" - but not necessarily by their own dominant partner, who may or may not be restrained.
This is where the rape fantasy iceberg really starts to show how big and nuanced it truly is - and just how easy it can be to cross the line from a consensual fantasy into an actual crime.

@HootyTheNightOwl I guess this is something you need to experience to understand then.
@NerdyPotato It does... But it's both complicated and uncomplicated. Honestly.
