Ive been practicing the dragon flag recently and phwoar I feel it

Yesterday and today ๐Ÿ˜… my lower back, core, lats, glutes all ache. It's a full body raise from the shoulders up in a straight line, amazing exercise but it gets all the areas you're weakest.

It's similar to the tension of a hollow body hold but it activates most of your body. Resting today.
