Is he mean?

Hi yall.... im home alone w my baby... its early in the morning and my significant other is out at a bar w his friends. He said he needs a little break after work... I work full time also, n literally takes over from babysitter as soon as I reach home... I have nicely told him its lonely to take care of baby alone.. not to mention tiring. He still goes to the bar almost every weekend...

Not sure I would call him mean, selfish, yes.
He appears to be unwilling to put his family before his friends. Needs to do some growing up.
Try not to upset yourself too much. Enjoy your time with your new born.
Though you do need to have a serious talk with your significant other

I know i'm a social weirdo, but i see relationships as a team effort, and i wouldn't be going out unless my partner was organised to also go out, either with me or to her own outing.. whichever we both agreed on.

I would consider the idea of seeking counseling so you have a 3rd party helping you express your feelings. This should help avoid conflict.

@littlepuppywantanewlife prob when baby is a little older n we have a bigger place... our apartment is small n she needs her bedtime routine of a walk then bathe n massage... a bottle read a book n lay w mommy on bed n then fall asleep.... it's a time I also enjoy w her
