Doubtful. If there was insufficient evidence to secure a conviction the first time it's unlikely anything new will materialise to convince a prosecutor it's worth the public money to retry.
I suspect they'll try and put sufficient pressure on to force a settlement.

Well, I'll say what I know a lot of people are thinking but won't say. He won't be convicted as long as there is at least one black on the jury. Think oj and what some of the black jurors said after they found him "not guilty".
He will probably be dead before actually convicted.

If most of those women were raped why didn't dad and brothers take care of him, and yes I think he is guilty but the victims are just money hungry

Probably not. It is extremely hard to actually prosecute rape convictions because it's all he said/she said. That doesn't mean he's innocent.
