Do you get nervous during a job interview?

I had mines over the phone and boy was my voice shaking.

I love interviews, especially when I'm going IN to an interview. Not sure I'd interview people over the phone though, too much information get lost (attire, posture, facial responses).

@LostSandman: I don't think anyone uses a phone interview to replace a face to face. It's usually just one step in the process.

@AcidBurn: I wonder if they are talking about the call that schedules the interview? Other than that, I don't ever call new hires before the interview.

@LostSandman: We never used phone interviews either. My roommate has had a phone interview for both her jobs.
