Do you attend high school reunions?

@MightyMe: i don't think ill2 ever go. I hated HS

@iamnikki: One of my friends from school is a Barrister who earns about 1million a year
she is one story.. from my school there are many more like that
I did not fit in then and I sure do not now

@MightyMe: i initially read that as "barrista". Lol. Same for me. I didnt fit in then so why try now?

@iamnikki: I never fitted in.. I was too different..
and even now as an adult I still would not..
I looked up some of them on facebooka few years ago out of "morbid curiosity" , the exact same crowd are still best friends and still as annoying as they ever were.. I didn't have to look too far to see all this..
& That crowd are the only ones who went to the 20 year reunion

@MightyMe: same here. I googled some people i know as well. The drum major has a music business. Lots went to military. The class disrupters are still friends as well.

@iamnikki: In a way I pitied them all, I dunno why, it was like as if "they hadn't moved on" even though they had.. but they all live in the same area etc..
just feels kinda weird tbh

@MightyMe: a little bit. Dis you move away after HS? Im still in the same area and feel pretty lame. Id like to move an hour or 2 away once im stable. Nothing keeping me here.

@iamnikki: I'm about a hour away but I'm still in Dublin, though basically on the border of the next county.. not massive distance I know..
I'd never ever bump into them.. Dublin has 4 million people in it.. So chances are slim

For me it was different though, I have no family ties to my area, my mum died as did my grandparents.. that is enough to make a person move away
