I want to go topless at the public beach, as long as there are no families nearby. Is it OK to do that?

@kaf9292: like I said, depends on the beach. That answer also takes laws and regulations into account. Also however, in cases like Jamaica for example it is technically against the law but very rarely enforced. Depending on the beach.
