Anyone hate to move as much as I do? Approaching 4th move in less than 2 years...

This move is relatively easy. It's just across the hall into another room in my rooming house...but I am cleaning, sorting, packing all over again. This is starting to feel endless.

Moving is distressing and lonely

@amoonlitbarn: Especially when you are old and alone, no family, no close friends in the area. During my first, big, wrenching move, a year and a half ago, from my apartment home of 28 years, I was in shock and cried bitter tears because no one would help me, and I was quite sick at the time. Now, three moves later, I just [i]assume[/i] no one will help. But now I not only have more realistic expectations regarding the people in my life, I have a lot less stuff.
