when you hate someone deeply...what do you do?

i did. but every time i hear what she says about me and when txts me with his dumb shit it just makes me hate them more and brings it out

i already eliminated them and haven't seen them for like 6 months and i was getting better but yesterday i heard what she said about me this btch and this other mf emailed me today...and my whole day is fckd up today sigh thank you for advice
