there was a store in town that kept burning down

We had a customer who seemed to be having a string of bad luck with theft, vandalism and damage to his business.
We later found out he was committing insurance fraud and now he is doing time in prison.

Two childhood friends meet up by accident with their families in a hotel in Florida one says to the other what are you doing here... he responds well unfortunately we had a fire in our business and it burned to the ground, we got paid $2M from the insurance company and we are trying to figure out what to do next... and you? We too had an unfortunate occurrence.. a flood wiped out our business and we got paid $10M by the insurance company and we are down here also trying to figure out what to do next... the first guy asks in response - tell me how do you start a flood?

Yeah. I once sat in a restaurant near a table of wanna be gangsters. One of them was talking about a building that burned down. But he used finger quotes when he said 'burned'.
