If it brought you peace, it's from God. If it brought you confusion and pain, it is from the enemy, Satan.

The devil uses other voices, to discourage your knowing about the blessings that God births in silence.

You’ve been down that road. Not this time. Now you know who to listen to.

Jesus came to rescue us from condemnation, not load us with it.

Guilt is not from Him. Shame is not from Him -- that’s the enemy trespassing.

But under the blood? He can’t stay.

"My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:" John 10:27

If you’re noticing negative, discouraging, suicidal, or confusing thoughts, etc., that's not from God, (Jer. 29:11). That's Satan trying to hurt and influence you. But he can't, if you're under the blood of Jesus and have invited him into your heart and life as your Savior.

Jesus would never talk to you that way. Jesus came so that we may have a better life; not be held hostage to Satan's accusations of condemnation and guilt!

Even John 3:16 and 17 confirms that Jesus' coming to this earth was for one purpose -- to rescue and save the world, so we could have heaven.

Jesus didn't place guilt and shame on us; but it is He that can remove it, if you're willing. He's only a prayer away, and he turns no one away. Hand it over to Him today. He knows best how to handle it.

Amen, even though I still struggle between God's promises and falling voices from the enemy.

Since I was used to accept being worthless back then like I'm used to it. Always empty. Feeling helpless of depression.

Like I don't know how to live anymore.

God's promises never fail, but sometimes the enemy can make it look like that to us, to try and discourage us.

When the enemy craves our attention, he'll bring challenges to take our minds off of Christ and His Word. Anything to get our attention away from the Lord. He will also say, "SEE, I TOLD you God wasn't there. I TOLD you he's not listening! I TOLD YOU God doesn’t care!"

But what he won't tell you, is that prayer is answered in God's time; in His timing, which is the best, because they come just at the right time we need them. Not before and not after. God's timing is important, so to sometimes as hard as it is, we try to be patient. It does pay off. And what's important, is it teaches us to have faith and trust. If we got everything right away, that's not faith. That's manipulation. Love you, brother.
