How to not let this situation destroy me

I was talking to a girl for a while on social media, i won’t say which site , I thought it was going good, she seemed quite interested in me, but just recently she’s stopped responding to my messages, and I’m wondering why??

Paranoia has creeped in thinking, well why’s this? What’s happened? Has someone approached her and told her things about me, which changed the way she thinks about me and now she’s lost interest?

But then, why didn’t she message me back and tell me why she stopped messaging me? I just feel a bit suspicious about it….very disappointed….,and very angry too, I feel like expressing my anger at her, disappointment too, to try to get to the bottom of why this has happened??

I feel really angry and aggressive right now at the suspicion someone might of put her off me by telling her false information…..but I have no evidence or proof of that.

What can I do considering what I’ve told you?

Often when that happens, it's because the person started seeing someone else.

@Chris00987 i suffer with paranoia at times so just clarifying something, are you insinuating that you think you know me personally and that 'i'm' trying to be ' someone else'? are you insinuating that? or is that my paranoia? appreciate if you could clarify that for me.

sorry i just took offence because i get paranoid at times, so might of took it out of context.

I don't know you at all. I'm just speaking from my own experiences of messaging with different women over the years. It's possible that someone you know has contacted her, and tried to ruin your relationship. It could happen if your ex stalks your social media profile and has access to your friends list. I also had one woman ghost me before, and later on she said that she had met a guy that lives close to her.

@Chris00987 thanks for clarifying it, i get the wires crossed with people at times because i get paranoid at times and struggle with irrational thinking, but talking and clarifying things usually takes the paranoia away in an instant.
