Already gone thru my mid life crisis, I would be going thru one now. Maybe there's a second mid life crisis ? Or a crisis each decade? Any older folks a experienced crisis each decade starting at 30?

Sometimes it's described as a seven year itch. That's mostly in terms of interest in romantic partners, but I suspect some people might be restless in other areas of life to which this could also be applied. I've known people that just need to change jobs once in a while because of that.
