Already gone thru my mid life crisis, I would be going thru one now. Maybe there's a second mid life crisis ? Or a crisis each decade? Any older folks a experienced crisis each decade starting at 30?

Its not from mid-life crisis issues .. but my life is in full reset mode. Two sons are successfully launched. The dysfunctional 31+ year marriage is ending. My job was eliminated in a restructuring leading to an early retirement. I've a house to get on the market to sell. I'll relocate a few hundred miles away, back to my roots.
This is how I'm choosing to see it rather than as a crisis ..
