Already gone thru my mid life crisis, I would be going thru one now. Maybe there's a second mid life crisis ? Or a crisis each decade? Any older folks a experienced crisis each decade starting at 30?

I think life has you in crisis mode whenever you hit what feels like it should be some sort of milestone.
You reassess your job and it's value.
You reassess your lifestyle and whether you need to start taking more care of yourself, because, you know, suddenly you're 'at that age'.
