Already gone thru my mid life crisis, I would be going thru one now. Maybe there's a second mid life crisis ? Or a crisis each decade? Any older folks a experienced crisis each decade starting at 30?

Well, define what an mid-life crisis means to you.
Some take it as the end-all, be-all "Midlife Crisis", or some take it as a cluster of situational hiccups within a set amount of moments during which a solid sum (typically two decades) of reflecting takes place.
But, I went with option three......
