And then she disappeared...

Sometimes it scares me how much I think about going out for a walk and never coming home again.
How willing I am to pack up my things, leave everything and everyone behind.
I fantasise about disappearing into the world, escaping old sadness and perhaps finding new happiness, wherever it's hiding. I'm ready to leave...

I would never do this to my family but it often sounds like a much easier way than planning, explaining and getting all kinds of opinions what is and what isn't wise to do.

You know what scares me? Coming alone to an entirely new environment, knowing nobody and constantly meeting people who are home, have strong roots, strong support system from family and friends and essentially don't need to know anybody else, so I'd be always just some outsider, a stranger weirdo.

As spooky and gloomy as it is full of promises…

I love the idea of running away and disappearing from the face of the earth. And just go somewhere where no one knows me and I can finally start over.
I think there’s a company in Japan who can help you vanish - it is called Johatsu.
