Here is the actual story of the ICE shooting that will survive after all the rhetoric is done

There was a fatal shooting during an ICE raid, regardless of who is at fault, this demands an investigation into process.

The woman who was shot came to the area specifically to disrupt the raid. She was looking for trouble. That doesn't mean she should have been shot, but she's not just a random civilian.

ICE agents gave the vehicle conflicting instructions just before the she tried to drive off, with one agent yelling for her to leave, while another told her to get out of the car, while another tried to open the car door. At the same time, the agent who fired the shot moved in front of the vehicle. This created a high risk scenario.

The woman clearly did drive forward even though the agent was in front of the vehicle, and at considerable speed. Whether she was intending to hit him, scare him, or was just reacting to the chaos, nobody will ever know. That does not line up to a terrorism claim, especially since they openly let the agents record their plate number.

The phone camera held by the agent who fired shows the car driving at him, however that's not from a body camera, and other angles of the incident shows he was somewhat, but not totally out of the way of the vehicle, holding the phone out at arm's length. It's likely he did fear for his life, and in firing three shots, including into the side of the vehicle, he intended to kill the driver. There will be a lot of debate over whether this would have justified killshots, and it can be argued both ways. What is very obvious from this is the agents were not well trained in de-escalation, they already had video of their faces, the licence plate number, this was an avoidable shooting, where both sides were engaging in high risk activity.

First off...........ICE is NOT law enforcement............or traffic enforcement. They had no right to giver any commands.........other than "move on". Even if she did not do that........the MAXIMUM in Minnesota for that is a traffic ticket...............not murdering an unarmed citizen.

There is NO questions yet to be answered. There is a VERY clear video.......4 of them...that do not show any contact with any agent in any form. It was flat out 2nd degree murder and he will spend a lot of the rest of his life in prison because he flat out killed her for no reason.

@MaBalzEsHari you had me until you said "no reason at all". That's exactly the absolute view that the other side will never see, because it's putting an absolute judgement on a subjective call of self defence. She did drive at him, that is very obvious in the videos. Whether the vehicle made contact with him or not, actually doesn't matter
@plungesponge She drove away from him...............watch the videos............not "at him". He was NEVER in danger and even if he was it is an unjustified shooting because he is NOT law enforcement.

@MaBalzEsHari as a said, I totally agree ice is not law enforcement, but the "maybe she did drive at him" raises too many questions to just blame him and him alone. The shooting was unjustified, but to paint it as some kind of random execution won't help change anyone's mind. This was a sloppy, outrageously negligent raid, that is the real culprit.
@plungesponge He'll do serious time.............watch and see. Minnesota will charge him on state charges..........so trump can't pardon him and he's going down.
