what do you do when you can't be bothered to change your bedding, when it needs changing

i struggle with lethargy and not wanting to be bothered, but i haven't changed my bed for weeks and weeks, in those weeks, i've sweated many times through the night which caused my bedding to be very damp.....i sometimes sweat in the night with the covers on me, which makes my bedding very damp.......so bottom line; my bed needs to be changed with fresh bedding.....but just the thought of it i find tiring.

i lived by myself for 20 years now, my elderly mother used to travel down to see me and stay for a few days, and she would change my bedding whilst she was here, but she doesn't visit so much anymore, because she's taking it easy because she's elderly now.......my mothers coming down to see me for christmas for the day, but she won't be staying........so my mum can't change my bed anymore..........and no one else is going to do it..........i have no other support system apart from my mother and father, they two live far away.

what can i do?

I'm surprised that you don't have any other support system if you struggle with low energy. I take it that this is linked to a health condition?
The best I can advise you is to try to do it when you have more energy than usual and to use a pacing plan to help you manage your energy levels.
One thing you can do every day is always turn your bed back and let it air, and open your bedroom window for up to one hour every day. It's not a substitute for fresh bedding but it will at least make your bed feel a bit fresher.
You might also look into getting support. If you have any spare cash you could employ a cleaner, say for one hour a week, who could change your bedding regularly.

@CurmudgeonCrone thankyou for your helpful advice / suggestions, i don't have a major physical health condition at the moment, it's just well.. i feel lethargic and can't be bothered with making the effort, my mother calls it being lazy....i liked your idea about a cleaner, i never thought of that and will try to look into it, it might make things easier for me, yes i'll go crack open my bedroom window now and let the cool evening air flow through, pull my duvet back, it will make things fresher as you say....i usually do that, but just forgot today, merry xmas.
