I am so frustrated with my ex boyfriend

I have told him I have cancer and he doesn’t even bother to see if I am ok. I don’t know if he got the email or messages but I’m so disappointed. I know he told me goodbye a long time ago but ignoring me when I am sick is just cruel. I know he moved on and got engaged/married and told me to please take care and a have a good life. He stopped being my friend but even if I am sick he will not talk to me. I know he doesn’t want to upset or make his wife suspicious for a relationship that ended long ago but for Christs sake I might be dying here and he doesn’t even have the compassion to ask me if I am ok?
