What would you do if someone acts this way?

At work, eats breakfast and lunch alone. even he changes in another locker room.
He doesn't talk much, except when someone asks him for something.
He greets with a "hello, how are you."
He rushes to leave and doesn't go to birthday parties.

I’m polite and respectful and helpful at work, I treat my colleagues to coffee and breakfast sandwiches on a regular basis, I’ve cooked for birthday parties and even just because I had extra and my colleagues expressed interest in sampling my cooking but I’m still very much a loner in my department, I get left out of most conversations in the room, sometimes it feels like a social club., and I’m not a member.

It’s too much, I’m looking at changing departments. The social interaction is over the top, the department is chaotic and sometimes disorganized, especially at the end of the month
