What would you do if someone acts this way?

At work, eats breakfast and lunch alone. even he changes in another locker room.
He doesn't talk much, except when someone asks him for something.
He greets with a "hello, how are you."
He rushes to leave and doesn't go to birthday parties.

Not everyone is social. But I would invite him ofc, ask him to sit with me at lunch if we had lunch at the same time, and maybe just try asking questions - not everyone is good at starting conversations. But if that didn't work, then I would just let him do his own thing and still be friendly..
